KGN Valuation and SPP

Hi Holders, here is a quick valuation on fundamentals I have whipped up based on current and analyst data we have at hand. All data taken from SNP Global. This valuation assumes certain metrics will be hit by the annual.

Using a TTM EPS of 0.29, this is the common forecast among analyst, take from the median between the low and high range estimates


Using 27% as the growth rate for next two years (see table 2) and terminal growth rate of 7% which is the industry average. Using the discounted cash flow method, we achieve an intrinsic value of $14.51. It appears that KGN is currently fairly/fully value as its current price.

The graph below shows KGN revenue and net income forecast to 2022, EPS was taken from 6/30/2020 nett earnigns figures and 5% dilution as being assumed with 108m shares used to determine figure.



So the SPP seems like great value given the circumstances. I believe KGN can certainly growth at 27% for the next two years and exceed the 7% terminal rate, given the fact their balance sheet is phenomenal with $130m+ in cash (post capital raise) and no debt with $30m draw down facility available ready to make acquisitions at any given moment.

The disenfranchise of the brick and mortar industry because of covid will benefit us holders greatly. We just got to keep an eye on what acquisitions management will be making and their subscriber count.

Nonetheless until we get a future growth outlook on what management plan to do past 2022, the price seems fairly valued. Big hopes for this company, onward and upward
