There latest guidance from CMR, HNC and MF's mate seem to agree, IMHO this is just the fear and irrationality panicking crowds.

I don't think the board is doing the commissioning and getting their hands dirty, so they shouldn't mess things up too much there. Last time I looked they had these professional engineering co's tightening bolts and screwing in the gadgets.
