Both are facts. Difference is that Trump is upfront with national interests (military supply contract) considerations while Biden does not have a plan B resorting to propaganda to whitewash the $ and military hardware US pumped into Kiev consistently.
Even Trump's hawks wanted war with Iran but he refuse to play that game.
