A Khoemacau transaction will provide the basis to derive a contemporary market valuation for Motheo. The vendors have multiple bidders and high price expectations.
Mr Market currently attaches a modest valuation to Motheo, at about invested capital. If Khoemacu is worth a lot, so is Motheo, quite apart from synergy possibilities from combining the two.
SFR may suddenly and dramatically reprice - upward - even if Khoemacau goes elsewhere.
