The Khoemacau vendors would regard SFR as a likely potential buyer, probably the prime target. Delaying the auction 6 months while SFR gets some runs on the board is only prudent.
The synergies in combining Motheo and Khoemacau operations are obvious and substantial.
Six more months also puts more distance between capital raises. Sumich overpaid for Matsa. Will BH be seduced into the same error with Khoemacau?
