Khotgor ownership?

So PBL currently 30% of Temarise...

Temarise owns exclusive option to acquire 80% af Khotgor - does anybody know terms if option agreement? Who is the party on other side of this with Temarise?

So right know PBL has a right to a 24% interest in Khotgor, if Termarise exercise their 80% option....so very loose ownership really.

So elephant in the room is when will this structure be cleaned up and for how much?

Would be very interesting if structure gets cleaned up. Hope they end up owning something real than just a partial right to an option to acquire Khotgor. Could play out like a Tujit Bhukit situation...where it turns out they never owned the asset ..qgat a mess that was.

Any insughts would be great, as this looks rather interesting
