    So how did Temarise acquire the option to acquire 80% of Khotgor? Who's on the other side of this...and do they also own the remaining 20%? This is the part that's mist important to make this join the $1 club...

    Think I recall QGX dropping Khotgor sometime ago when REE prices were crap, but a little murkey from hereonin till it landed on PBL platter
