Richard can use not being able to get finance to build the mine as an excuse for stopping, can say it can wait until mid 2024 to restart when the coop leader says it will return the country to civilian governance if that will happen in 2024, WAF has to STOP any more investment in the country until there are clear skies ahead, I think that is a reasonable path to take.
