Upto $70m in loans. It's prudent of both the borrower and lender not to go 100% which carries too much overhead and therefore risk. 70/30 is fairly standard. The 30% will be raised once the debt funding is sorted and the share price is substantially higher than it is now. It'll most likely be taken out by just one or two cornerstones.
