Interesting to read that Gavin who is a long time supporter of KNL (and most likely up to speed on our progress) indicate in this article that the feasibility study for the downstream processing will pave the way for debt funding. Company announcements I thought have always stated the downstream processing side of things had no impact on debt funding, whereas perhaps the banks may have indicated one little extra condition that they just need the study completed and presented in a formal document to show future growth opportunities.
