Secondly if the metrics of profitability have changed in the apparent time frames from initial submission and passing there of, until the actual application (whenever it may be) have changed, things may not progress.
Thirdly, if the details unbeknown to the market around off take agreements and/or our partners are not coherent or supported by the financiers, things may not progress.
