Don't get derailed into debates that make no sense. Although providing some reading for the day, but take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

When you are debating about how well, fast and proper the RAP is completed, you're forgetting that KNL is completing this as a condition to finance.

Great that other companies have finished their RAP (not sure it is finished but not the main point), but finance is what we want, not just the RAP.

Its like trying to prepare a meal, and you got the ingredients ready but have no fire. No point having all the ingredients, you can't cook at the end of the day.
