I disagree, a merger or complete takeover would of been a lot preferable than this endless cycle of cap raisings.
If these so called sophisticated investors really believed the story they wouldn't be running to take their 20% or whatever they can salvage..
Like I've said before I.K might be a super bloke, that doesn't always translate to competent businessman.
These calls for him to go have only been bought on by his outrageous demand for performance shares,which are usually rewarded after a good performance!
