Interesting point to note that no one has bought up is that it also clearly states
NKWE has agreed with IGC's AUD 60M Valuation and looks forward to completing the exercise and aquisition over the coming months.
So it is now official they have agreed on the price whuich would put IGC shares value at about 39 cps
Current prices seem ridiculous given this information.
