My understanding is that they got the funding back in nov 08.Check nkwe ann in nov ( late ) . they got $100 ml thru Mellon Bank NY. Landau announced it and TS confirmed it . I may be wrong, but I think Tony said that they all went to New York to arrange the funding.NKWE did a royalties deal with Mellon Bank.TS also confirmed that this how they got the $$$.
More likely that Genorah havnt got the $ to exercise their options and are looking for funding to pick up a 100% profit. And .. their good JV partners are doing the right thing and delaying the deal for them, as , eventually they will all have to work together.
If nkne S/P was still around $1 , do you think that we would get all those shares for free ??? I doubt it, they would have taken us out asap.
I think this can be the only logical reason, unless nkwe are trying to raise the money themselves ! .... rather than give up years of royalties .
