Both reasonable assumptions IMO but if the DiaSource vendors were genuine sellers they need to take partial responsibility for the current situation. A genuine vendor does not want the property/business back or to create hardship for the purchaser such as ADO is currently experiencing. Posters tell us that DiaSource had multiple offers. If after due diligence the vendors accepted the complex ADO offer inclusive of the vendor terms then IMO the other offers tabled must not have been worth a crumpet. Just my own personal opinion.
