I think we would have sweetened the deal in making our offer, as ADO's business case at the time would have been closely aligned in complementary development of the DIAsource distribution network.

DIAsource not choosing other suitors would have less to do with price and more to do with the potential synergies of the group moving forward.

If in fact we are currently renegotiating with those previous suitors (I suspect that is what the European adviser has been contracted to do), then you can expect their offer price to be in the fair market range.
