    Disagree. When someone buys a business and uses debt they still have control of that business. From everything I have read (and I read all annoucements pertaining to the vendor financing) the vendor finance is just like normal debt (except provided by the Vendor). Do you consider to own your house even though you may have a mortgage.

    "why would the want to pay both off at the same time.." ..... um, because that was the deal with the Vendor. Non-payment under the loan terms is likely to result in a default and the ability of the lender (vendor) to take control of the security (likely Diasource or the whole Anteo business) to get their money back.

    People wanting to kick out diasource don't seem to understand a spec stock without cashflow leads to constant dilution. The best thing for ADO shareholders would be to keep as much of Diasource as possible.
