Absolutely, the revenue growth from Vit D alone is one very good reason to keep DIAdource - I for one would see the sale of DIAsource as the last option, and would be prepared to even explore a debt option over a full sale.
Somehow the thread strayed from 2nd's view of DIA's perceived control of Anteo and lack of marketing Anteo Endeavours, to a discussion on the merits of it's sale.
So on 2nd's thoughts. OK lets frame this - while the strict the adherence to CIC cavets can be indicative of the possible inherent value gains (and thus SP plays), it can also just be reflective of the other partner's power. As things stand, I'm of a position that Jef's legal background may well have have led to a literal adherance to confidentiality rather than an imperious DIA position.
