The lure of dividends will drive
people with cash into stocks. Money in the bank will be eroded with low rates and ever increased cost of living. I am shifting my cash into TLS, MOC, etc, just to try and preserve my cash position. I can't afford to invest in real estate. No doubt many others are doing the same. Continued low rates bode well for blue chip high divi stocks.
