"Kick the can further down the road"- future of GML?

Investors who do not believe in social licenses and want a legal fight, should consider following.
The Greenland government does not need not stop the project officially. It can be stalled forever and slowed down by various review, investigations, permits and regulations.

The stalling tactics is happening with Beowulf in Kallakk in Swedish Lappland. The mining permit has been in consideration for 8 years after the conflict with locals.
It is actually quite similar conflict with GML situation. Locals and indigenous sapmi people are against the mine.
The company is promising huge income for a relatively poor region. The locals don't want it and Swedish government respects the people. For couple of years Beowulf has been threatening Swedish government by court and spoiling the reputation of Sweden for mining investments.

Here is what managing director is writing now, about 10th time, to the minister of economy:

You have announced reviews and investigations regarding the Environmental Code and Minerals Act. These reviews should not be used as an excuse for delaying a decision on our application, which has fully met the requirements of existing legislation, with the threat thereafter of another election campaign to 'kick the can further down the road'.

Beowulf's simple request is when will the Government take a decision on the Kallak application?

So it could be quite possible that GML would be the can and its (next?) CEO would be writing the same story after 8 years.
