Nasty, they reckon Mitsubishi (joined at the hip with MMX for JHEP) will let MMX wound up by the administrator when at worst all it needs to fork out some "behind the couch change" to keep it's friendly JV partner in the game and keep the wolves at bay (Chinese).
After December MMX will purely be an IO miner. All that CAPEX talk about Oakajee will apply to the new JV partners.
And BTW, the adminstrator is going to auction off 3 billion tonnes of IO resource JHEP (50%) not sure how that works. Sinosteel Weld Range is crap. Are they (or for that matter Posco) going to let Mitsubishi swallow it up for a song).
