Rudi Filapek-Vandyck is the crappiest, most gutless jellyfish of a financial writer in the world. And his FNarena is up there with about the same quality as a womans weekly financial review.
Every week Rudi changes his mind about a macro theme and writes a story about it using bizarre technical indicators and totally un-related crap. A lot of his "inside info" is just made up and his references for his info is justified by just saying something like 'market experts conclude that....'
He is truely useless. He can write 6 stories in a month about Australian banks. 3 will be buy, they are cheap, the other 3 will be sell, they are expensive. He will release them as a buy, sell, buy, sell.
It's disappointing that the Eureka report even have his work associated with them, but then again they still stick with Gerard Minack.
Don't worry next week, Rudi Filapek-Vandyck will have an article ready saying commodity super-cycle is still intact.
I would like to use more fruity words, but then HC will moderate me :(
