Regarding payment to directors and management, this is my opinion regarding all companies.
Pay real good money when profits flow but keep it to a minimum to help the company grow.
My experience has been, there is plenty of brains out there willing to accept a lower income developing a company but expect to be very well rewarded when there are good profits.
Also, don't lose sight of this..salaries and other remuneration paid at the beginning of a development set the platform for future payments. As an example... if a person is paid say $300000 per year when a company is at the beginning of its life and unprofitable it would not be out of the question for that person to be paid $750000 plus when good profits flow. Lets say a person at the development stage of a company receives one million dollars...later...is $3to4 million plus out of the question? It has always been the one that pulls the strings
usually wins.
