Iceman you are being a little playful quoting $323 k as you well know that $288k of that is for the $6.50 options that may or may not ever be converted.

In fact if the Black scholes calc was re done on today's share price I imagine Mr Taylors remuneration package would in fact be in line with the $80k figure you quoted.

By the same calculation Peter Hutchinson earned almost $8m this year.

I personally was quite happy for the directors to receive out of the money options as that gives them incentive aligned with shareholders to increase the s/p.

A Little less dramatic grandstanding could be in order.
