    I wonder if an off-take agreement comes out Monday/Tuesday next week, where would it take us to within a few weeks?

    My prediction is it would take our MC to around $700mil-$800mil. That is about 70% up from here. And those sellers today would say "what the f*ck" and pull the hair?
