    PLS - $1200M with about $150M debt so
    KDR - $400M because of no debt - $150M = effective MC = $250M (to compare apples with apples)

    Even though a bit more than half the resource of PLS for now still less than half the MC base on this simple equation.

    No partner and refinery allowance...
    Based on the above MC should be about $600-700 M so about $1.70 - $2 before allowing for the refinery and any resource upgrades.
