    I spoke to the company and the IPO is open .They have a Japanese Fund cornerstone investor who took up most of the stock but mums and dads can still get some.It lists on Dec 23rd.
    Its a rare earths prospect in NT and a Copper prospect in NSW. Apparently drilling starts next week.

    If you google the company there is a bit more info.

    Application for shares is on the their website in prospectus which closes next week.
