I recall the start of human trials for the kidney cyst drug may start as early as April 2025
the early trials will be on healthy individuals (with no kidney disease) to test if any side effects become apparent.
my question to the learned members on this thread .. could these human trials on healthy people indicate to us early whether the drug is enhancing the type of protein required to dissolve cysts?
I assume people who have taken the drug will get urine and bloods tested regularly.
if the company identifies any positive changes in the protein production, will they be able to say anything?
given the $10 billion annual prize for this drug would be so enormous, any positive news of this nature along the journey would surely be reflected in the price
