I vote for the the academics at Cardiff to start with themselves instead of experimenting on kids. I don't know who they think they are - what a cheek! What sort of school pricicpal or board agrees to such nonsense?
Whenever you hear people say "this should be taught in schools", pause and just check who you're talking to.
An excursion or special day for alternative/native food education would suffice, but no, they have to have some company trying to push their products on innocent minds. F off.
