Kidston Wind Farm declared a Prescribed Project, page-6

From some quick googling... And note... some very quick googling...

"The costs for a utility scale wind turbine range from about $1.3 million to $2.2 million per MW of nameplate capacity installed. Most of the commercial-scale turbines installed today are 2 MW in size and cost roughly $3-$4 million installed."
- From a US website.

So let's say a low point of AUD$2.054 million to a highpoint of AUD$3.476 million per MW (including 10% added to each option to compensate for inflation).

Kidston Wind Farm is set to be 258 MW so that equates to between AUD $529.0 and $896.8 million dollars for the 43 wind turbines installed.

Let's take the middle ground for this scenario and say its roughly a AUD$715 million dollar project.

I wonder if anyone here has any idea what it would take to get this project off the ground?
Has there been any recent windfarms like this built in Aus and how were the projects financed?
By this I mean we're they a partnership between consortium's, government, private equity, and/or how much was needed from retail investors if built by public listed consortium's?

I know that currently JPower maintains a 50% interest in the wind project.
Is it reasonable to expect JPower to cough up 50% for a 50% ownership?
Will Genex have the ability to loan more from NAIF or Arena?
Are they likely to come back to the market and raise another 115 million like they did with KPH?

Any thoughts from those who have any insight would be greatly appreciated.
