    Anyone watching with interest the coming legal stoush between MK and Martin Bennet(MIN) where MIN claim Kiernan furthered his own interests within MON at the expense of shareholders? Also didnt disclose the true finacial situation of MON. MIN is suing for $3million plus interests and costs.
    Should make for some very interesting reading in January 09.
    Also could pave the way for future 'class action', against the former Chairman imo.
