As will be shown in the impending December quarterly, OLY will be fast running out of money and given the current markets will not be able to raise much. TTY is sitting near its 19.9% so I suspect TTY will move to clean up (so as to speak)sooner than later.
Interesting times for this board as to whether they have sought and will seek to maximise the position of shareholders or are just going to rollover and give Kiernan what he wants.
Randall, Lockett and Waters should disqualify themselves from any decision involving Kiernan considering past and current associations. Don't hold your breath.
Meanwhile I wonder if the auditors have found the missing million dollars in Indonesia that was the subject of last years audit qualification.
As usual, this cops the cone of silence routine. Somehow I do not think this will be persued with any vigor. I wonder why???
Whatever, this one is heading for the knackers yard and it will not be pretty for the punters.
