I agree with the leveraging benefits of the KIKOA if the farmin/out arrangement occurs. I still believe the farmin/out thing will happen - otherwise the undislosed party would have walk a long time ago (eg. during the initial 30 days of legal due diligennce). What we should remember is that the technical due diligence had been completed satisfactorily a while ago. Good luck all
