    I can;t read the NDO right now, but whats the plan with SC 54A? I thought they'd give up on it and try B now.

    Agreed with the options. Seems best option would be sell out of KIK, buy into KIKOA at .001... it cant go anywhere but up (or expire worthless) and if it were to expire worthless that'd be because B had nothing commercial and neither did A... thus there entire portfolio is non-commercial and worth zero anyway.
