Re validity of disposals to ASI etc.
Don't shoot the messenger! I was only referring to the warnings in the BCS & ASX releases today. As with any such statements, they are open to challenge by anyone who disagrees & has deep pockets for legal fees, but given some of the wilder share disposal ideas which have been proposed in this site, it is probably as well to point out the BCS view in case holders dig themselves into deeper holes.
As mentioned earlier, I am yet to be convinced that Mr Bolton is achieving anything useful.
