    Why? It's fairly clear that ASI's motion to wind up isn't going to get 75% support. Assuming he can't/won't pay the second instalment, his company would be wound up and the shares re-sold on the market, thereby ensuring a further plunge. Those who have recently sold to or paid him to take shares off their hands will probably also be pursued according to the BCS announcement today. I'm beginning to think that Bolton has no more grey matter than Rowe and is leading his fellow shareholders down a blind alley. He has never given any sensible reason for buying the shares in the first place so one can only question the guy's ability to exercise rational judgement. It might be more productive to concentrate on shareholder action which can be achieved on a simple majority vote.
