My point is that Bolton isn't doing anything that will change that unhappy scenario, and in fact is probably making it more likely. With his increasing holding of retail shares, the BCS board must be happy that the second instalment PR is going to be concentrated on one odd-ball rather than hundreds of Mums & Dads.
