Bullswood, PDS and announcement both clearly state that holders on register on 29th[effectively those who are still on it on the 22nd], are liable for the next payment. Unless I have missed something, dont see how anyone else could have a liability. Debt doesn't arise until then. Who cares why Bolton has done it, hope his plan works, and he makes some bucks out of this. In the meantime, lots of punters saved from this garbage. Note: page 6 of announcement "instalment example", really spells it out. Can you point out where in the announcement your view on recent sellers being at risk?
