Valuation is never precise so Warren Buffett said you have to leave enough safety margin. The breakers could be frozen by some unprecedented things. So you have to control your risks. I control my risks by buying when no one wants to buy and it is best to buy at the bloods and everyone screaming for SOS.
We need to know the underlying logic and flexible enough to buy low and sell high with the gut to get the dollars from our pennies.
