Some schizophrenics divulge little of the disturbing thoughts they harbour although this case will be interesting because it turns out he had a fixation with knives - big red flag obviously- and was known to have mental health problems. This likely could have been prevented if family had reported it and authorities failed to act. I ve seen this many times over the years with devastating results.
