Of course there are "on to it" people in the medical profession, but they seem to get drowned out by the rest of the flock - Wide is the path that leads to destruction etc. I check out a few forums to see what people are thinking. And it is so reassuring to find out that there are other people thinking (critically also) for themselves. I get a strong feeling that the internet is a neural network of Gaia developing.
