Lets see; a) more funding for homeless support or b) more funding for mental health
for the moderate conservatives.. c) more funding for police (and better pay)
for the more full on conservatives.. d) metal detectors and pat downs before entering a shopping mall

e) mandatory detention for anyone diagnosed with any mental illness ever, immediately, with no appeal at anytime, to be complettely restrained and drugged at all times.
