He cam back a while later with the money and re ordered his meal. He was jittery and shakey in a highly charghed state. He fell over ant one point and required help to his feet. There was obviously something going on like maybe missing his meds, and nobody to help him. Govt's need to end this ignoring of mental health assistance as it will always come back to bite, sometimes harder than others.

how different might it have been if he had welfare secure housing, at least a part time carer and constant health care?

there is a price for not providing such things by the state ----------- yesterday

we saw some of that price

people will treat society like society treats them
