That's why they once had mental asylums to protect us the innocent and vulnerable members of society! But the left wouldn't tolerate such actions and so therefore we don't have these institutions to house the mentally affected anymore. Other than in prisons! Instead they now rely upon treating the mentally affected with drugs and that's okay providing they keep taking them. So who is going to ensure that these mentally handicapped keep up with their medication?
