Psychiatrist misdiagnose their patients regularly and prescribe them wrong sets of psychotropic drugs, which patients must take and end up taking those nonsensical drugs for 20+ years. Their lives are destroyed, but psychiatrists take no responsibility for their actions like other doctors do. This is a world wide problem but specifically assigned to Australia.
