If you want to see all of that ---------------- then for people with problems like that - WHICH, can be ANY of us -
then - we need to house them - welfare housing if they are homeless, we need to feed and care for them, to look after their health and to assist them to have the best life they can - education if it's possible etc..
that is what society can do ------------ IF IT CHOOSES
atm - we can't house anyone - and that's for a start.
