Dr Soucek's OMOMYC is of course very exciting but that alone wont be enough they way I read it is she's predominantly an academic reliant on grant funding to achieve anything - possibly a big pharma could back a deal between companies but otherwise it's really like 2 small parties trying to pull grant funding together to move further < the later wont be going anywhere fast.
I still think the ideal & most plausible scenario for PYC will be to find big pharma a better delivery system than what they already have for existing drugs or drugs developed but that have failed with their inability to hit the desired target so put back on ice.
