    EIS / Environment Impact Study ..has been a pre-requisite and signed already (I guess around 2007/2008).

    Mbalam convention has been signed and approved by both Camroon and Congo, for a go ahead..

    I'll publish some doco, in regards to Environment Impact study from CAmIron SA
