Andy, without some form of sales and income, I think we may be nearing the end of both the 3Bs and the company.

McFurphy can't continue issuing shares and having them dumped on the market under the guise of a funding arrangement without providing some additional value to the bottom line and shareholders. ie "sales" or "successful" growth activities to at least hold the value of shares.

The Jollies are an excellent short term, and I emphasise the words "SHORT TERM" funding provider, as long as we are expanding our revenues and have a plan in place.

If it is only to expand our Directors waistlines and enjoy a salary they have become accustomed to, like they appear to have been doing, then eventually its goodbye to any shareholder wealth and hello to the liquidators.

No more 3Bs because we can no longer issue the Jollies shares to repay drawdowns, without breaching the 20% limit for two specific reasons
1.The share price is too low and would require far too many shares, remembering they get a 15% discount to the share price.
2.They appear to have run out of sophs and surely no one is stupid enough to continue the donations by continually buying shares except maybe Copolos to keep his mate employed.

Would like to be wrong, as I have (or should say had before consolidation) several million shares, now only a few hundred thousand, worth less per share than what I originally paid.

Can't even use them as toilet paper as we no longer get paper Certificates. I may have to print out some 3Bs.

Sentiment should read " Disgusted with Directors"
